Qi Gong (9 Strokes Yoga)
Ancient Wisdom. 9 Gentle Movements.
Sometimes called "9 strokes yoga," this centuries-old Chinese practice combines slow, deliberate movements with conscious breathing. Like a moving meditation, each stroke cultivates vital energy (qi), improves balance, and brings calm to a busy mind. Accessible to all—no flexibility required.
